Areas of practice:
Mr. Winward has extensive experience in representing clients in all aspects of personal injury including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and medical negligence. Mr. Winward has extensive trial experience in all levels of Court in Ontario and before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. He has also successfully negotiated hundreds of personal injury settlements on behalf of his clients.
In addition to his personal injury practice, Mr. Winward also carries on a commercial litigation practice where he has represented large corporate clients and complicated and extensive commercial litigation including breach of contract, mortgages and construction litigation.
Mr. Winward has been an invited speaker to numerous conferences including at the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Hamilton Law Association and the Advocates’ Society.
