Mr. Smye has built up a network of experts including: forensic economists, forensic engineers, physicians, surgeons, occupational therapists, rehabilitative specialists and physiotherapists.
Mr. Smye has often been called upon to give talks and lectures in his field, sharing with others his experiences as a trial lawyer.
Mr. Smye began his career as a criminal and civil lawyer, but in past years has concentrated entirely in the field of civil negligence. Mr. Smye has truly earned his title as a trial lawyer in the trenches. He is well respected amongst his peers and the judiciary.
