Areas of practice:
Mr. Mackesy enjoys an extremely active practice in the areas of real estate, real estate development, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estates and corporate law. Mr. Mackesy’s civil litigation practice has a particular emphasis on Estate law. In the past, Mr. Mackesy had an extensive practice in family law and is a family law mediator.

- Board of Directors for 10 years of Dawn Patrol Group Homes (a non-profit organization interested in juvenile problem children)

- Secretary of McGivney Community Homes since 1982 to date (a non-profit organization providing low income housing in the Hamilton area).
