Areas of practice: Civil litigation with particular interest in personal injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, slip and falls and other traumatic events.
Mr. Grilli’s practice also focuses on damages for breach of contract, professional malpractice, debt collection, construction liens and estate litigation.
Over the last 30 years Mr. Grilli has successfully negotiated advantageous settlements for injured persons and aggrieved clients. The interests of the claim have always been primary.
Mr. Grilli has represented clients in all levels of Court in Ontario and has advocated their claims before diverse Tribunals including the Canada Pension Review Tribunal, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board
