Areas of practice:
After completing his legal education in Ireland, Mr. Gordon joined Mackesy Smye as a law clerk in 1999 with a strong emphasis on representing clients in their accident benefit claims and personal injury litigation. During that time, Mr. Gordon also appeared on behalf of clients before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and Appeals Tribunal as well as the Canada Pension Appeals Tribunal.

Mr. Gordon undertook his National Accreditation while continuing to work full time with the firm and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2007. He then became an associate with the firm, becoming a partner in 2010. Since that time Mr. Gordon has carried on a civil litigation practice exclusively in the area of personal injury litigation with a particular emphasis on motor vehicle accidents.
